Every Good Boy Deserves Football

Initially founded by Gav Belcher of the Music Department, Every Good Boy Deserves Football is now a general interest cultural zine published to no particular timetable on no particular theme. Editor Gav Belcher tends to formulate the zine “according to who turns up with what on any given day, week, month, you know, that kind of thing.” He credits its success to the fact that “you know, it’s like people kind of think the more half arsed you are the more, I don’t know, like, punk, street, kind of authentic you are or something. I spent all last week programming a dyslexic user dictionary to throw in all these like spelling errors and stuff. It’s kind of how people like it. And if they don’t, they don’t have to read it.”
